Later in 2005 we intend to move to another house and our present home in Ashton-on-Mersey (part of Sale, Cheshire) is hence up for sale. Offers in the region of £190,000 are invited.
The house is a 3-bedroom semi-detached in a very desirable area being convenient for Manchester, Altrincham, and much of south Manchester and north Cheshire. Much of Sale is premium commuter property but very little has the open view that we have at the back of the house.

Pictures and plans will be added as soon as we can sort them out!
If you are interested in this house then please ring us on 0845 006 8822 or e-mail to housesale@cartmell.demon.co.uk

Exterior

The house was built in 1976 as part of a small single strip development overlooking open space.
Gardens front and rear with strip of side garden beyond driveway. Front has hard standing for off-road parking for 4 vehicles. Drive to brick-built garage that could be used as a garage or workshop; electricity supply and lighting to garage which includes a double-glazed window.
Both front and rear gardens are composed of raised beds with brick surrounds and gravel paths. Storage is available in custom-made shed attached to far side of garage.
There is room for a two storey extension to the side and planning permission was recently agreed for such an extension next door but one - and extension here wouldn't have the same boundary problems.
Gardens are small but include a variety of mature flowering shrubs and the back garden is raised above open land to the rear.
Neighbours - all excellent!
